Can Tolperisone Make Tinnitus Worse?

Hi,

I got this med (Mydocalm) for crackling in my ears when I swallow and yawn by my laryngologist, but I see on the internet and on the package leaflet that it CAN cause tinnitus so in our case make it worse.

I'm worried about taking it, anyone knows something about this med?
