Can't Get My Head Around This — Can't Identify My Tinnitus Frequency

So I just try to locate the frequency of my tinnitus but I just can't!!!
I dont know if it's because my T isn't tonal or because it's a mix of frequencies but I try many times this last 3 days with no success
I do this to get a custom Acoustic Neuromodulation track for my T
Do some of you experience the same thing? Not being able to identify any frequency for your T
And is ACRN worth a try?

I think it's hard to get the tinnitus frequency if it isn't tonal.

You need to estimate, approximate!

Acoustic neuromodulation hasn't worked well...

I had the same problem because I had a whistle. What you might try is to see which frequencies will give you residual inhibition.
