Certain noises make my ears make a suction noise?

Certain noises, like cracking my knuckles make my ears make a suction noise. I don't understand what that is?

Demi, I get that too once in awhile, it's kinda like the ear canal is opening from sinus drainage..

BTW have you been to any counseling yet to talk about about T and how it has affected your life. If not you really should go....

Idk, I guess I've just been scared to talk about it. Talking about it out loud always makes it so much louder and I cry very easily when I bring it up.

Demi, I think you need to cry it out with someone trained to deal with these new feelings. Yes, we can give you our best advice, but we are not trained. Councilors are trained professionals. You are way to young to suffer all alone. Be kind to yourself, you can see someone, along with posting here. Of course we are all here for you either way.....
