Change in Tone After 2 Years

Hello, I am not new to the site but this is my first post.

so, a few hours ago my tinnitus changed. I used to have 2 different tones, my left ear is a constant acute sound and the left goes up and down like a wave.

a few hours ago my left ear changed, the tone got louder and deeper, and I cant hear my right tinnitus anymore.

I am a bit anxious...

* update: my left tinnitus volume got lower, what is good, I'm pretty sure my right tinnitus is still there, but I have to focus really hard to hear it.

I got scared because it got a lot louder for a few hours; it was the first time that happened.

normally I get short spikes that last a few seconds around once or twice a day or so.

I'm back to base now, or so close that I can't tell the difference. just had a short spike, but only for a few seconds.

I still get the impression that my right T is lower than normal...
