Construction Noise

So SOMEBODY decided it'd be a good idea to start construction in the mobil home neighborhood next to my apartment neighborhood and it's so loud it's like being next to a car that blasting bass music on the road. Even sounds like it has rhythm and everything. It started way before 8 am and exceeds noise levels and it's finals week here! This is ridiculous! My ears feel like they're bleeding! And there's nothing I can do to stop them since in LA county they don't do anything about noise complaints unless they're about a roudy college party. This is insane!

That's really awful...Especially with hyperacusis...No one is respectful. They will get tinnitus one day, if they keep on doing that. What goes around, comes around. Anyway, isn't there a noise pollution law there?

There is a law but it is never enforced. Nobody cares about anyone in SoCal. Everyone around here is so disrespectful and inconsiderate, it's awful.

I'm renovating a house at the minute @ derpytia I'm living with the constant noise and my T. It kinda distracts me from my T though so I don't mind it that much
