Could the Sound I'm Hearing Be the Blood Passing Through My Veins?

Hello. Last Friday I went to the House Clinc in LA to get checked out for my tinnitus and a ruptured eardrum. While talking to the doctor about the T, he looked at my CT scan, and he said that it seemed like the cartoid and jugular arteries are extremely close to my inner ear. He explained that maybe the noise I'm hearing could actually be the blood swooshing through those two arteries.

Has anyone experienced this, and if so, is there something that can be done about it? Thanks, all love.
