It's been 4 days since I woke up with idiopathic hearing loss and tinnitus in my left ear.
(For the tl;dr back story, see: https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/tinnitus-again-thank-you-sir-may-i-please-have-another.10162/ )
I'm on my 3rd day of a standard, 6 day, tapered dosage methylprednisolone pack. Just last night, I noticed that my tinnitus seems to have dropped by 50%, perhaps even 75%. It's difficult to tell. But I still feel like my hearing has not recovered. Things still sound "funny" in my left ear. And I still have dull pain around the left side of my face, head and neck.
My question: What else should I be doing right now to maximize the recovery of my hearing and reduction of the tinnitus?
