If the hygienist uses manual tools to clean your teeth, you will be fine. However, it is a good idea to decline cleaning with that ultrasonic scaler. There are many posts on this forum similar to

The quality of manual cleaning is the same as that of ultrasonic cleaning, and manual cleaning doesn't cost extra.
