Okay, my friends and me were having a sport day on Monday. We had the option to choose from playing golf or Frisbee golf (Disc golf). We then chose to play frisbee golf.

When we were playing I was not more than one meter away from the disc goal and my friend threw his frisbee right to the goal and my tinnitus has been really high for the past 3 days.

I am really depressed my ears feel full. I won't never ever ever ever play frisbee golf again. IFHML!

Do you think I should go to an ENT?
