Different Sounds

How does one cope with different noises coming from each ear?
Im really struggling with this new development
I don't know why am I getting this new noises and I'm scared because that's all I can think of, obsessing about it 24/7

 

In the last week, I've also started to get a new higher pitched sound but not sure which ear it's coming from. I've had low T in left ear since 2010 which I learnt to ignore most of the time but this one takes over my head. I'm so down about it and don't know what's cause this change. Going to have hearing tested soon.

 

So difficult. What a stupid thing t is.
