- loud noise and very bad sickness
EVERY DAY! I have had gastritis for over 11 years now, because of a clown dr that overdosed me with meds...It can be a struggle. Eating bland food, has become the name of the game for me....
It's ok, I fight this each day and I win!
PS- if I don't follow the rules, then acid reflux will come into the scene and then the fibro gets even more aggressive. Gotta love life
