Distortion with Loud Sounds/Dysacusis/TTTS?

Every time a sudden loud sound occurs, I get this distortion effect for the duration of the sound. I have it in both ears. This has been going on ever since my tinnitus onset. It feels like I have extensive nerve damage.

I've read that this could be related to Dysacusis and/or TTTS.

Anyone else with these same problems, and has anyone had this disappear? It's really bringing me down.

I am not an audiologist but it could be very well damage to synapse ribbons, inner hair cells, nerve fibers, cilia, etc. One thing is for certain and that is that we are screwed

Not always, but sometimes when I put on something from my phone, like music, when a certain frequency makes contact with my left ear it vibrates HEAVILY and wont stop until sounds off. I had TTTS symptoms and vibrating eardrums before my T onset.
