Mild head injury maybe... but who knows...
So past my one year tinnitus anniversary, I have been experiencing dizziness or what I am assuming is to be vertigo, right before falling asleep. This is actually infrequent, it happens occasionally, and it "jolts" me awake, but it is unmistakably the feeling of the room spinning. It only happens for a second or so but it is nonetheless disconcerting, followed by waves of hot flashes, though I chalk that up to anxiety.

I cannot help feel that this is related to the tinnitus in my right ear (constant tone).

      Can anyone shed some light?

FYI I will bring this up with my (useless) doctor and am not expecting anything out of it, as I am expecting a lot of "check with your doctor" replies. The medical community has caused me nothing but pessimism and grief when it comes to anything ear related. I have learned more here than anything a doctor told me.
