Do You Hear Your Tinnitus on Your Pillow?

It happens to me. I tend to listen to podcasts. I'm usually asleep before the intro has finished! Best thing for me.

 

I know a bunch of people without intrusive t who hear the high pitched buzz on their pillow at night. Very common.

I sleep fine without masking unless my wife is snoring. I wish I could tell you how that happened, but really it was just that once the tinnitus got loud enough to be clearly audible over a loud fan, fans started stressing me out, and at some point my brain just stopped locking on to the noise as a reason not to sleep.
