Do You Think the New Over-the-Counter Lidocaine Patch Would Work for Tinnitus?

      Okay I guess there is a new product called Lidocare that I saw advertised on TV. They said it was available in stores but its a pretty new product. It said it is Lidocaine on a patch. If this patch was put on somewhere on your head could it reduce tinnitus? Please no one do this if it is dangerous. I actually have no idea what would happen. There might be something in the instructions that says not to put it on your head but I didn't check. The patch is found here:

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      acoustic trauma
      No even lidocaine injections at the dentist haven't done anything for my T. No way a patch would do anything for me then
