Depending on the source it IS or it IS NOT ototoxic, so I'm afraid we cannot know for sure . But 500 mg from time to time is probably to little to influence T anyhow..or cause it. Otherwise more than every second person would have T.

My concern is for people who already have T and taking only paracetamol with no other additive.

Paracetamol has never had any effect on my tinnitus, I've taken much larger doses throughout the day for multiple days at a time and nothing. So I'll vouch for it being safe.

It's one of the few things I will take now I have T. I started to feel my brain pumping mad yesterday like I was going to get a mega headache so warded it of with a couple of paracetamol
