Does Anyone Ever Feel That Their Ear Is Full/More Full When Falling Asleep on That Ear?

Does anyone ever feel that their ear is full/more full when falling asleep on that ear? Yesterday I took a nap, and woke up and was extremely hot (I was next to a radiator) - and my right nostril and ear where both stuffy/full. Today my ear is still feeling full.

I know is this was posted a while back I'm new to the group but yes I get the same thing. I try to sleep on myback to avoid pressure to my ears. It also happens of I bend over to pick something up. Weird
