I recently had a titer report for HBV surface antibodies for school and was found to have little to no defense against hepatitis B virus. I had HBV vaccinations as a kid, but am being forced into getting more as an adult. I'm wondering if anyone has received an HBV vaccination as an adult and if it had any effect on your tinnitus/started your tinnitus.

I received hep b vaccines long before my onset, with no obvious issues.

I am on the fence about vaccinations. I'll do some more research.

But, I do know that complications from HBV; including the treatment for HBV (INF -@) can cause sensorineural hearing loss.

I had it about 14 years ago. It had no effect on my T.
