Does Pulsatile Tinnitus Ever Cause Head Tingling?

I have pulsatile tinnitus nonstop. Some days (often) I have scalp tingling and crawling sensations along with pressure on top of my head and mild headaches. It seems worse when my regular ringing tinnitus is louder (I have that kind too.) And it also is worse when I move around. Anyone else get this? It's really getting to me.

Hi, I have intermittent pulsatile tinnitus in left ear. I have scalp paresthesia on the left side of head occurring all through the day.
I see your message was posted in 2019 - have you got anywhere with a diagnoses?
