ED Drug Vardenafil Caused My Tinnitus 4 Days Ago

Hello everyone.

I just joined because I got tinnitus 4 days ago after taking ED drug vardenafil. The high pitch tone is still around which I find most disturbing.

So I decided I need to learn more and found this amazing forum. If someone have similar experience pls let me know.

Stop taking it immediately.
Start taking NAC RIGHT THIS HOUR if possible. Also take like 10 grams of something called curcumin with a glass of melted butter 3 X a day for the next few days. Protect your ears too. You are in something called acute stage and you have very little time to react. Also try and get some oral steroids ASAP. If you can find an ENT to give you something called dexamethasone injections into your ear by, like, tomorrow , that would be better than the oral steroids.

I took the drug only once.

Living in Sweden there is no way to get hold of NAC or Dexamethasone before I have had a doctor's appointment, which could take until next week.

I will protect my ears and get an MD appointment asap.

Yes that is the right curcumin. Take a lot of it, like 5X the recommended dose. NAC is a supplement and should be available like curcumin.

Thanks for helping out. I found curcumin and L-cysteine but not NAC. Is this a possible substitute?

Why would he need steroids if his T is not noise induced?
