Eustachian Tube Dysfunction — Advice Please

I'm going to see an ENT consultant on Thursday about ETD (which might be making my T worse). Can anyone tell me what sort of ETD treatment options I should be asking about. Have tried nasal inhalents already. What about ear poppers? What about those balloons that you try to blow up with your nose? Any ideas would be really appreciated, as T + ETD = going a bit crazy.

Maybe eustachian tube balloon dilation ?

 

I mentioned to my idiot ENT doc last week about that type of procedure. He said "we dont do that procedure here.All we do is prescribe nasal spray".

 

try oral corticoids . dexametasone . is very effective , but has to try it several days , sometimes one month or more on and on and off basics .
