For the first time, the Federal Trade Commission has cracked down on stem cell clinics for overzealous marketing claims, filing a complaint against two California clinics that promoted their treatments for everything from autism to Parkinson's despite a lack of evidence.

That article is strange.
It states they claimed that their treatment caused a:
"101 year old Lady once blind for 7 years to see again"
without any mention whatsoever if that was true or not. They just say they are making claims that arent FDA approved. That makes me suspicious that they were in fact healing people without FDA approval. Just read that closely. There is no mention of a customer complaint, the only thing they are accused of is making claims that arent FDA approved.
