Finally Found Earplugs I Can Actually Use

I never liked foam ear plugs as they give a blocked feeling which increases my tinnitus loudness. Also they can be fiddly.

I found party plugs that the BTA sell which are the high fidelity filter type earplugs which musicians might use. They insert easily and are clear so basically invisible and most importantly my tinnitus is not amplified to unbearable levels.

I have used them when I am in noisy situations meaning I can do things with my kids where I would normally have to leave.

Yes I have found this type of earplug really good for my situation. I only use them when necessary. For example on holiday I went to a cafe which was full with several children making a lot of noise. I wore them for 30 minutes and felt comfortable and safe. Could still communicate with my family.
