Fleeting Tinnitus without the Tinnitus

Just looking for some reassurance. My T is on month 5. I remember having ''fleeting T'' before I had actual T. I've had some very noticeable fleeting T in the last 5 months since the actual T came on.

But... I've also had a suddenly change in hearing that feels much like "fleeting T'' - but it is not accompanied by tinnitus. It's like I just suddenly have a hearing change and then it returns to normal in 5 seconds or so. First time it freaked the hell out of me. It's happened 4 or 5 times since.

I have seen an ENT (not about this), and had a clear VNG a few weeks ago. I keep thinking I have a brain tumour or something, but the ENT saw no reason to be concerned.

I get these all the time, 1-3 times a day. I got them before also, but now that I focus on T .... I hear all of them...well, some I might not hear also
