Fluid came out of my left ear about 3 days ago.

The fluid is clear. I didn't react much to it but the past 3 days my T has spiked along with a new sound that is low like a hum which i have never had before. Dizziness increased a lot so took some serc. Not sure what is happening but doing my best to not give it any anxiety. Its a lot to ask but wondering what may cause this. thanks !

Best to check with your ENT to make sure you do not have a perforated eardrum.
