I have a question regarding focusing on T. Does it make it worse, because I am trying my best of not focusing on it and I tend to notice it gets louder. Is there any tips to not focus on it.

Focusing on it will not actually make it worse. It will make you think it's worse because you're paying attention to it. Cover it up or "mask" it with other sounds. Personally, I have rain sounds playing in my room. Do things to distract yourself from the noise. Play video games, listen to music, read, etc. Whatever your hobbies are, keep doing those.

I agree. It won't make it worse. If you focus on it, you will go to a state of anexity which results in "fight or flight" that makes tinnitus louder. You have to not focus on it, and settle your system.
