Food Going Up Sinuses When Eating

GAH! This is awful. It's happened 4 times this past week. Where I eat and food gets stuck up my soft palate. And I don't know how to stop it. And it stays in my lower nasal cavity connecting to my throat for hours, just irritating me. Until it falls out sometime later in the day.

Anyone else have this problem?

I have tried it many times. It's a very annoying feeling to have food sitting there.

There is an easy way to get it out quickly so you don't have to wait for it to come out. JUMP!
Jump up and down, land on your heels (the downstairs neighbour will have to live with it).
