Fullness in Ear Following 1-2 Second Loud Noise — Please Help

Yesterday I heard 1-2sec loud high noise. About hour later my ear was "full". I have had tinnitus for 2 years and hyperacusis. Is there something to worry about?

And i didn't noticed any other sounds in my ear.

Ear fullness is a sign that the ear was damaged. So you may want to take a course of prednisone if your acoustic trauma took place less than two days ago. Often one doesn't end up with a permanent spike following ear fullness...

Hi. I have the fullness @ same time high screeching & sharp pain. Good thing is only lasts maybe minute @ most. These are happening more often. Have tinnitus going on 4 years. Good days & horrible days.
