Getting a Different Tone Tonight — Somatic tinnitus

My neck has been feeling a little better lately, maybe a little stronger too. Tonight I've noticed I have a different tone in my right ear that keeps coming and going. If I turn my neck 25 degrees either direction the tone stops.

My question is what does a different tone mean? Is it good? Has anyone got a different tone in their ear/brain then tinnitus goes away or gets better sooner than later?

Also my occiput doesn't feel as unstable as normal, If not lifting my neck to crack my occiput as much.

 

Sounds like Somatic T. I can cause modulation by moving my neck, forehead, head, etc.. Something like 80% of suffers can do this.
