Got Hearing Aid — Made Me Hear It in Other Ear?

So I got my fancy hearing aid and it made it better until literally 2 minutes later the ringing started in my other ear.

I got the first T from an ear infection 8 weeks ago and a little over a week ago got the same infection in my right ear with ringing. I can't even hear that ringing anymore thank god unless I put my hearing aid in the other ear.

I don't even know what to think. The audiologist I bought the hearing aide from just shrugged his head.

Has this happened to anyone else?

 

Did this resolve Marie? Is it permanently in the other ear now?
