Has Anyone Permanently Worsened Their Tinnitus by Holding in a Sneeze?

Accidentally partially held in a sneeze, so that some of the pressure went back into the ears. Couldn't help it. Now have ringing, fullness, and pain...just when things were seeming hopeful.

Has anyone ever had a permanent spike from this?
