So often the comments on tinnitus don't seem to cover HEAD noise, as opposed to ear noise. My husband suffers 24/7 with unbearable noise in his head, put down to circulation problems (he is diabetic) and nerve damage. We are British expats living in Spain (retired) and have very little support. No interventions have helped.
      Can someone help us?

Tinnitus definitely does include head noise. Approximately 15% of tinnitus patients describe their tinnitus as being located in their head with 7% of tinnitus patients describing their tinnitus as being located exclusively in their head - so your husband is not by any means alone in that regard.

As British expats, I presume you still have friends living in the UK. Why don't you consider making an appointment with Jacqui Sheldrake at The Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Centre in London, and combine it with a little vacation for both of you to catch up with friends and family!

      All the best -
