Does anyone else suffer with health anxiety? and what do you do to stop it taking over your daily life

I am so scared of becoming terminally ill and it all stems back from watching my nan become terminally ill when I was 3 years old.

I google every single symptom and I'm starting to really annoy my self.

1. stop googling every single symptom
2. look into CBT so you don't freak out every time you have a health-related piece of information to process
