Just a few minutes ago I had some weird accident werein I simply bent over lightly, with no exertion, and I suddenly had a jolt of pain go up the right side of my jaw. Immediately after I had T and muffled hearing in the high frequencies. The T is still really loud.

I don't know what this is....I don't have a perilymph fistula...saw a specialist for that. What else could it be???

Oh man, so many tests. They did the ENG, ABR's other balance tests which all came back good. They did CT and MRI, and a special fistula test (I think it was Hennenbert's sign test). The only test I never took was the EcoG because the noise from that test would have done me harm.
I still thought that the testing was not enough o rule it out so I went to an expert on fistulas in Califoria, who was recommended by Dr. P. Wackym of the U.S., who is pretty much the fistula guru in this country. This expert told me it was migraines and not fistulas on the basis that I did not have the constant, unrelenting dizziness and lightheadedness, and especially because the infrequent episodes of dizziness that I did have did not necessarily increase with increased activity.
