Hearing My Voice in My Head (My Bad Ear) Since My Ear Surgery and Acoustic Trauma

      ear surgery acoustic trauma tmj ETD
      Hello,

      Since my ear surgery and my acoustic trauma, i hear my voice in my head, with my bad ear (the ear with the tinnitus), I don't feel the air when I close my auditory canal with my finger (this symptom has decreased, but since June, I have a setback with bronchitis).

      What can cause these symptoms? ETD? TMJ disorders? Allergies? Rhinitis etc…? Or a perforated eardrum (it's closed now)?

      birth/ recent spike 2/2018
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Born with ETD, several acoustic traumas, most recently ETD
      Hearing your own voice could indicate patulous eustachian tube or superior canal dehiscence syndrome.

      sometimes, when I am sick, the other people's voices hurt my ears

      My ENT thinks I have ETD when I told him I have ear fullness.
