Hello Everyone (Doctor Told Me I Have Fluid Behind My Left Eardrum)

I have had a very slight ringing in my left ear for 2 weeks now, along with a swooshing kinda noise. Throughout the day it doesn't seem to bother me as much expect for when I am laying in bed. I went to the doctor a week ago and he told me I had fluid behind my left eardrum. Anyone ever experienced something like this?
