I am diagnosed with Meniere Syndrome and have constant tinnitus.

How's the Meniere? Is it somewhat under control with medication? Do you often have bad episodes of vertigo? A nasty, nasty condition, in a recent Finnish medical tv program there was a whole episode on Meniere and people were of course affected by it to varying levels, but most had it pretty bad.
