Hi, all. My name is Tony. I am a professional musician who spends a lot of time on stage and in the practice room, and I have tinnitus. mine is not as bad as some I have read about, but I do have a ridiculously loud A7 in my head all the time. I have learned to block it out, but at times, it is quite noticeable. I am here looking to see what some of you have come up with for relief.

A good pair of Musician ear protectors that are made for your ears will help.
Sound and vibration can get through your Mastoid bone causing more damadge so a good head set will help also but your ears will always be at risk.....lots of love glynis
