I have had tinnitus for almost 3 months due to an accident with earbuds. Lately, I've been getting quite a bit of spikes as high-frequency beeping in left ear.
Does anyone else have this? How should I go about calming this?
It seemed these spikes didn't happen when I was on magnesium-L-threonate (but it's so $$$).
I can learn to tolerate the usual constant ringing at a lower frequency, but this high-frequency beeping surge cannot be masked at all.
