High Pitched Pulsatile Tinnitus During a Time of Tremendous Stress

For the past day during a time when undergoing a tremendous time of stress because of impending loss of housing and no certain employment my pulsating tinnitus has increased. It is now a high pitched, screaming, pulsing sound. It has now persisted since early this morning and shows no signs of stopping.

Any suggestions out there?
