High-Pitched Ring with Hyperacusis

This is along shot as I don't expect anybody really know. But my T changed dramatically with the onset of H from a lowish hiss to a very very high pitch. I'm wondering if as the H fades the pitch will go back to my old pitch. As h is usually an issue with high frequency sounds.

That's quite stunning. Is your ''hyperacusis'' a lack of tolerance for sounds manifested in quick muscular-like zaps that fire up to startle sound that may be a form of TTTS, or is it a higher rabbit-like kind of hearing? Do you even have pain with your hyperacusis?

It's interesting because when I went to mere tinnitus and TTTS/H at very loud sounds to tinnitus plus TTTS/startle hyperacusis/pain/zaps with all sounds, both the high pitched T and low pitched T increased, but the ''H'' became permanent and not like it was before with mere tinnitus, reactive and only there when sound was present, and my reactive startle H/TTTS is pretty much comes along with a blown speaker's kind of vibrations, lower pitched of course, that very well may be the pain itself. In fact, many people complaining about sound sensitivities on forums along the years have talked about this blown speaker kind of sound.

Somehow I think that in my etiology the low pitched vibrations are more involved in my pain, but of course I don't know for sure right now.

I don't have an answer to your question. But I have read that the ear can be an orchestra. Play all kinds of sounds, high or low. In my right ear. I have a hissing, a ringing, I can hear my heartbeat and the worst monster of them all hyperacusis. My ear does what it wants. When I'm stressed I the ringing goes up.
