I am here to enquire that, honey does help us to fall asleep more easily, but it contains sugar which is considered as bad for tinnitus. Will honey make the T worse?
I find a small amount of honey to be beneficial. Usually take it in a lukewarm drink with ginger and lime juice. Sometimes a bit with porridge. Too much may affect tinnitus.
I find that taking honey DOES WORSEN tinnitus. Sad, but it does. Also chunk cheeses do as well...strange I know, but for me, these items do worsen my tinnitus.
