There are some videos about relieving tinnitus and I tried them, they really work but I want to ask something, how long does a 1 hour video help tinnitus?

Will my tinnitus be gone permanently if I listen to them everyday? Please answer.

I highly doubt that listening to any recording, even 10X a day, would get rid of tinnitus permanently, that's asking a bit much. Just be glad that you can get some relief whenever you need it.

I don't know what kind of videos you're watching. But if you're getting actual temporary relief, beside your T being masked, then it's probably residual inhibition.

Prolonging the time spent watching the video will not prolong this effect, I'm afraid.

yeah man in the beginning i used alot of that stuff until it settled down (it changes throughout the first few months)...unfortunately those effects wont last forever...do what you need to do... i always have some kind of sound going on around me
