Hi Luman! I tried to respons to your message, but I can't for some reason. Thank you for your advice! I have actually already watched a few of his videos, and I think he hit the nail on the head about anxiety and confronting your fears. For me it helps to view it as ' just a sound' when I go to sleep and actively listen to it.
