Although I am guilty of the resurgence and aggravation of my symptoms, I can not stop blaming the people who encouraged me to go to the show.

This happens especially with my couple. She told me that I had already bought the ticket and I should not waste the opportunity to go. To this day I can not stop blaming her (without saying). It would have been great to be with someone who takes care of me more.

She confesses that for a moment she feared that the ear plugs would not protect me, but she did not say anything to me.

She considers that the precautions I am taking are exaggerated. Yesterday I walked away because she was listening to music on her cell phone (too trebly) and she got angry.

      sorry about english

Its hard, your girlfriend probably has a hard time understanding your plight, so dont blame her. I partly blame this chiropractor that jabbed me in the back with his quack thermometer, which in turn helped me get addicted to high dose aspirin which undoubtedly contributed to my NIHL.

It is normal to blame someone who aggravate the T of yours.
But, in the mean time, you should seriously protect yourself
and not give up to someone's bad idea.
Because, it ends up ... you are the one who suffer most.

You have to let it go.
Blame only serves to increase anxiety that will increase your Tinnitus or awareness of it.
If you let it go you can at least start to calm everything down.
It will get better or at least you will notice it less at some point...BUT it can take an age.
Mine is hissing as I write but only because my attention is drawn to it.
      Keep it calm T friend.

It's hard. Although I always choose to show myself in good spirits for our daughter, it is true that I have not laughed hard for 1 year. I only smile, except some days.

My friend...we understand how hard it is but I promise smiling will help.
Take some of that love and joy kids give out.
Try as best you can to be happy, busy, calm and to eat and sleep well.
I hope tomorrow is a better day for you...
