I have tinnitus, I just got diagnose as a diabetic so I'm pretty sure my ringing is from that. Lately, I've had this bussing up and down like a car revving outside in my right ear and fluttering, thumping, spasm type feel. been on Magnesium for a couple of days so not sure if I'm not giving it enough time.
if anyone has any advice or has been through this please respond to let me know the steps you have taken. I don't think this is apart of my regular tinnitus because my ear flutters with thumps and buzzing but I could be wrong
