I went to practice yoga on a common with a friend and student, Saturday the week before last. I tried her routine with extra posture. We did not warm up and went straight into the sequence with extra moves. She is hyper mobile and the sequence felt demanding for my body, though I did it. We balanced out by repeating it on the other side. We also did the yoga over noon in the sun, which is not advised. When twisting and facing the sun I had to close my eyes.
I went off later and had dinner at a bar. That night I had humming tinnitus before bed, as well as the usual hissing. Thoughout the next week my sleep suffered, and my ears felt full sometimes like descending in a plane. This has subsided, and I went to my chiropractor for adjustment as my upper back and neck was hurting. Is this pulsatile tinnitus from muscle strain or the ear hearing a disturbance in blood flow due to my back being out of alignment? My thoracic spine and cervical still clicks often, and one appointment has not released the tension.
Is this humming tinnitus permanent or related to the yoga I did that day do you feel? it's loud and has wrecked my sleep.
