   Tinnitus Since:

   I have tried loads of COPING ways but nothing works. I got really scared when all of a sudden I felt I had gone DEAF in both ears late Friday afternoon. It lasted about 5 hrs then cleared?

   Glad to know that I am not alone in this horrible situation. I pray for someone to find a cure or way to make it easier to live with.

   Cause of Tinnitus:

   Syringing

   Did you see a doctor after that scary period of what you felt on Friday?
   
   I'm not sure, but maybe it would be worthwhile to tell about it to an ENT. Just in case.
   
   You are a long-time sufferer then. Much more "T Senior" than I am.
   How did your tinnitus start in the first place back in '99? Can you attribute it to anything special?
