I Ate Raw Spaghetti with Earplugs, Can This Worsen My Tinnitus?

So I was in a competition at a party where we ate raw spaghetti as fast as possible, while I had earplugs. Can this worsen my tinnitus?

(This happening 3 hours ago, don't know if my tinnitus is worse because of that or the alcohol... Can it only be a temporary spike?)
