Whenever someone leaves my house, opening the door, I feel the air pressure in my ears changing rapidly and when closed it changes too. Anyone able to elaborate on this?

PS: I have been hearing things like damaged ear but my doctor looked twice into my ears he said it was clean. And I dont know what to say else.
